Pearl leads the advertising sales business for Yahoo! India. She has over seven years of experience in the formation of the internet industry in India.

Pearl started her career with GE in 1999 as a part of the Financial Management Program (FMP). On realizing her interest did not lie in finance, she moved to rediff.com on a cross-functional team working for the COO in early 2000. Over the next year, Pearl transitioned to advertising sales & began to lead key accounts in the Delhi sales unit for rediff.com. She joined Yahoo! in 2002 and over the next 2 years led the Regional Sales efforts for Yahoo! in North & East India. In 2005 she graduated from the regional role to a national responsibility of leading Yahoo! India’s advertising business. In her current assignment as Director Sales, she leads Yahoo! India’s ad sales business across Display, Search and Mobile.

Pearl has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi University and subsequently completed her management degree from IIT, Delhi.
