His efforts in the direction led to the Airtel landline business being ranked amongst the Top 5 businesses worldwide to return maximum shareholder value, by Euromoney magazine.

Having the distinction of being the youngest profit centre head of a business unit at Cadilla at the age of 29, he had been instrumental in the turnaround of Cadilla's cosmetic division.
